Claims FAQ

Most claims are processed and paid within 2 weeks. Providers have the choice between receiving payment in the form of a check or electronically. (To learn more about electronic payment, click here.)

Note: PH Tech’s CIM application will no longer allow access for users with Internet Explorer 8 beginning May 18, 2016, and users with Internet Explorer versions 9 and 10 after June 18, 2016. We strongly recommend that users upgrade their browsers to Internet Explorer 11 or newer, or install and switch to the Google Chrome browser, in order to continue to safely access CIM without interruption after May 18, 2016. Submit a Claim
FamilyCare Health recommends electronic claim submissions, which eliminate errors and speed up the claims process. Our electronic claims are processed through the Community Integration Manager (CIM) tool, which is managed by PH Tech, our third-party administrator.
